Born in Hammersmith, London, Fredericks joined the Tottenham academy in July 2009.
In July 2011, Fredericks was awarded a new contract at the club.
Fredericks first made Tottenham's first team squad as an unused substitute in February 2010, in an FA Cup fourth round replay win over Leeds United.
A year later, Fredericks started his first game for Tottenham on 25 August 2011, against Hearts, where he played on the right of midfield.
